Privacy Policy

Sure Word Radio is an internet radio ministry operated by Double Portion Ministries Incorporated. This policy explains what information the Sure Word Radio website and application do and do not collect, and how any information is handled.

Our Approach to Your Privacy

Sure Word Radio exists to stream hymns, preaching, scripture readings, and testimonials. We designed it to be a simple, quiet place to listen. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we collect as little as possible.

Information We Do Not Collect

The Sure Word Radio website and app do not require you to create an account or log in, and we do not ask you to submit personal information to listen. Specifically, we do not:

• Require registration, usernames, or passwords;
• Set our own advertising or tracking cookies;
• Run third-party advertising networks;
• Sell or share personal information with data brokers.

Information You Choose to Send Us

Our Contact page provides buttons that open your own email application with a message addressed to us. If you choose to email us — for example, to send a greeting, request a hymn, submit a reading, or share a prayer request — we will receive whatever you include in that message, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your note.

We use this information only to respond to you and to consider your request. We do not add you to a mailing list without your asking, and we do not share the contents of your messages except as needed to respond or as required by law. You may ask us at any time to delete an email you have sent us.

Streaming and Listening

Audio streaming is provided through Live365, a third-party broadcasting service. When you press play, your device connects to Live365 to receive the audio stream, and the "On Air Now" panel on our site displays a player provided by Live365. In the course of delivering the stream, Live365 may process technical information such as your device's IP address, the type of device or player, and connection data, as is standard for any internet streaming service. This processing is governed by Live365's own privacy policy, which you can review at live365.com/privacy-policy. We receive only aggregate, non-identifying listening statistics (such as approximate listener counts and general locations) from Live365, which we use to understand the reach of the broadcast.

Fonts and Technical Delivery

Our site loads the Montserrat typeface from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these font files, Google may receive your device's IP address as part of serving the files. No account information is involved. You can learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Sure Word Radio is intended for a general audience and is suitable for listeners of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not require any personal information to listen, a child can use the station without providing data to us. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through email and you would like it removed, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security and Retention

Any emails you send us are stored in our email account with the security provided by that email service. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your message, and we remove it upon request.

Third-Party Links

Our site and app may link to other websites, such as Faith Baptist Church of Williston, Roloff Evangelistic Enterprises, or Live365. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or app after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
